The high season in the Bahamas typically runs from mid December to mid
April which is when hotel prices are at their highest. Another busy time
is around Christmas and Easter, but at other times of year, hotels reduce
their rates significantly.
With The Bahamas enjoying 320 sunny days a year, it is surprising to
hear that not all the hotels have air conditioning. Research your hotel
thoroughly, particularly the smaller ones, to make sure they make your
stay as comfortable as possible.
Generally though, there is a variety of accommodations to choose from,
no matter what your budget or preference is.
